  1. Do I need to create an account before placing an order online?
  2. Yes, you are required to create an account with us. Simply go to Login then Create an Account, provide the requested information and you’re ready to go. All correspondence/promotions will be sent to the email registered for this account.

  3. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
  4. Click on Forgot Password at the Login Page to retrieve your password via email.

  5. How do you protect my personal data?
  6. We respect and value the privacy of our customers and we are committed to ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By submitting your personal data to Parkson Online, you have agreed to the Privacy Policy.


    PRODUCTS, PRICES & PROMOTIONS

  3. Are the prices and products featured in Parkson Online and in stores same?
  4. All products prices/promotions featured in Parkson Online may differ from in stores and are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure the prices/promotions featured in Parkson Online are correct however error may occur.


    ORDERS & PURCHASES
  1. What are the online payment options available?
  2. We accept Online Banking (FPX), Debit Card and Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard) that are issued in Malaysia.

  3. Is it safe to use credit card to make my online purchases?
  4. All online transactions in Parkson Online are processed using iPay88. iPay88 is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your banking details in a secure host environment.

  5. Why is the colours of products shown on my device are differs from actual product?
  6. Different device will calibrate differently, therefore there will be variance in colours. We’re adjusting the colours technically to be as close as possible to the actual product.

  7. How will I know if you have received my order?
  8. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation Slip via email. Should there be any unforeseen reason and we’re not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified immediately; and the payment will not be processed.

  9. How do I track my order?
  10. Simply find your tracking code & the link in the Delivery Note email that we have send.

  11. Can I make changes to my order such as cancel order, change sizes, add/remove products, and change personal details (shipping address/mobile no)?
  12. No. Unfortunately, we will process your order as soon as we receive it; therefore you are not allowed to do any changes to your order. Kindly check your order before proceeding for Checkout/Payment.

    If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order.

    If you have incomplete delivery address/mobile number, please contact our Customer Service Team at Contact Us or email to [email protected] immediately with your details. We will try our best to assist your however, our working hours are 9AM – 6PM on Monday to Friday, not inclusive of Public Holidays.

  13. The item(s) that I wanted to purchase are out of stocks, when will you replenish it?
  14. We will make every effort to replenish soonest possible.

  15. The item(s) that I have paid are out of stocks, what should I do?

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  1. Where do you deliver to?
  2. We deliver to West Malaysia for now and we do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses and East Malaysia. Your order(s) will be delivered by Parkson’s appointed shipping company. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays. Parkson reserves the right to not deliver order(s) with incomplete shipping address.

  3. What are delivery charges?
  4. Our standard delivery charges within West Malaysia are at Flat Price of RM6.00 for purchase(s) of RM199.99 & below in a single transaction.

  5. How long does it takes for me to receive my order(s)?
  6. Orders will be consolidated and delivered together at a despatch time scheduled by our shipping partner, but it will take THREE (3) to FIVE (5) working days to deliver within West Malaysia. In case of delivery to remote rural locations, the delivery may take a longer duration. Please allow extra days for your order(s) to be processed especially during peak season such as Festive or Public Holidays.

  7. Why am I receiving multiple parcel(s) when I have ordered only once?
  8. Orders may be delivered from multiple locations, therefore it may arrive separately. However, there will not be additional delivery charges if we deliver from multiple locations.

  9. I have to travel in a rush and nobody is at home/work, what should I do?

  11. What about Free Shipping?

  13. My shipping address is located in CMCO/EMCO restrictions area. What should I do?

  3. Can I return/exchange my order(s) in any of the Parkson stores?
  4. No, all purchases made in Parkson Online are not allowed to be returned/refunded/exchanged in any Parkson stores. Do Contact Us or email to [email protected] immediately.   5. My parcel(s) has been damaged/My item(s) are missing from the parcel(s), what should I do?
  6. If the packaging is clearly damaged on delivery, please return the parcel(s) to the despatch personnel. If possible, snap photo of the packaging as supporting document. Do Contact Us or email to [email protected] immediately with your details together with photos for our investigation purposes. We will try our best to assist your however, our working hours are 9AM – 6PM on Monday to Friday, not inclusive of Public Holidays.

  7. I received wrong item(s) / My item(s) are expired, what should I do?
  8. Report to us upon TWO (2) days of receiving date via Contact Us or email to [email protected] immediately with your details together with photos for our checking purposes. We will try our best to assist your however, our working hours are 9AM – 6PM on Monday to Friday, not inclusive of Public Holidays.

  9. How do I know whether you have received my returned item(s)?
  10. We will notify you via email upon receiving the item(s).


    LOYALTY CARD
  1. I do not have Parkson Card / BonusLink. Where do I apply?
  2. Please apply at Parkson Card website or BonusLink website.

  3. I would like to understand about Parkson Card / BonusLink Card. Please help.

  5. I am a Parkson Card member; can I collect Parkson Card Accumulated Purchase Value (APV) when shopping online?
  6. Yes, we do reward Parkson Card APV to all purchases made in Parkson Online. Please remember to key in your Parkson Card Number during the order process and re-check the number is correct before your checkout. No APV will be awarded if you do not key in your Parkson Card Number or key in the wrong Parkson Card Number.

  7. I am a BonusLink Card member; can I collect BonusLink Points (BLP) when shopping online?
  8. Yes, we do reward BLP to all purchases made in Parkson Online. Please remember to key in your BonusLink Card Number during the order process and re-check the number is correct before your checkout. No BLP will be awarded if you do not key in your BonusLink Card Number or key-in the wrong BonusLink Card Number.

  9. How do I redeem my APV/BLP for my purchases in Parkson Online?
  10. At the moment, we do not allow such redemption.


    PARKSON VOUCHERS
  1. How do I redeem Parkson Vouchers (Gift / Discount / Promotional) for my purchases in Parkson Online?
  2. Unfortunately, we do not allow any redemption of physical Parkson Vouchers (Gift / Discount / Promotional) for purchases in Parkson Online.

  3. Do I get Parkson Vouchers (Gift / Discount / Promotional) when I shop in Parkson Online?
  4. Not at the moment. There will not be any vouchers issued for purchases made in Parkson Online.

  5. Do you sell Parkson Gift Voucher(s) in Parkson Online?
  6. Not at the moment. However, you may purchase at Customer Service Counter in any of the Parkson store(s) in Malaysia for purchases of RM990 or below. For purchases above RM1,000 please email your request to our Corporate Sales Team – Ms Masaki Yap, [email protected]
