Return & Refund Policy
  1. This Return & Refund Policy shall only be applicable for purchases made in Parkson Online only.
  2. Change of mind does not apply to return or refund. In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. No cancellation allowed once the orders are paid.
  3. All purchases made in Parkson Online are not allowed to be returned/refunded/exchanged in any Parkson stores.

  5. Notify Customer Service team within TWO (2) days including weekends & Public Holidays from the date of receiving the goods to report on damaged products with your order details, description together with photos of your damaged product. Our Customer Service Team will review each application and do allow up to SEVEN (7) working days for your inquiry to be processed.
  6. Return/Refund of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
    1. If the product delivered is faulty, damaged or defective condition; or
    2. If the product is near expiry or expired; or
    3. If the product is different from the Order delivered.
  7. Return & Refund does not apply to product which fall into the following categories:
    1. Skincare, Cosmetics & Fragrances
    2. Undergarments
    3. Swimwear
    4. Earrings, Necklaces and Watches
    5. Branded Pen & Stationery
    6. Electrical Appliances
    7. Perishable Goods
    8. and any other product that Parkson may determine from time to time
  8. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition with price tag/label, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
  9. If returning an item that qualified you for a Free Gift, please include the Free Gift with your item(s). If you choose the keep the free gift, its value will be charged to you.
  10. Parkson reserve the rights to replace with a new item of the original receipt or refund via the original mode of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable, loyalty points (APV & BLP) will be deducted upon refund of the item(s).
  11. We offer free returns with the use of our shipping partner within West Malaysia only. If you choose to return via another shipping partner, the shipping charges shall be borne by you. Customers shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it reaches Parkson Online office. Parkson will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product received by us. Customers are advised to pack safely the product to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging to its location advised by our Customer Service.
  12. All refund will be made via the original mode of payment within THIRTY (30) working days and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the prior of time your financial institutions takes to finalise the refund. Parkson shall not be liable to any loss, damage, cost or expenses that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
