Shipping & Delivery
  1. We deliver your orders made in Parkson Online to most postal area in West Malaysia via our appointed shipping company. Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding Public Holidays. Parkson reserves the right to not deliver order(s) with incomplete shipping address.
  2. Orders will be consolidated and delivered together at a despatch time scheduled by our shipping partner, but it will take THREE (3) to FIVE (5) working days to deliver within West Malaysia. In case of delivery to remote rural locations, the delivery may take a longer duration. Please allow extra days for your order(s) to be processed especially during peak season such as Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), Festive or Public Holidays.
  3. Our standard delivery charges are:
    1. RM6.00 flat fee for orders below RM199.99
    2. Free delivery for orders RM200 and above.
  4. We do not allow:
    1. delivery to P.O.Box address
    2. delivery to East Malaysia
    3. self-collect service at any Parkson stores
    4. changes of orders such as cancelling order, add/remove product, change shipping address etc
  5. If you have incomplete delivery address/mobile number, please contact our Customer Service Team at Contact Us or email to [email protected] immediately with your details. We will try our best to assist your however, our working hours are 9AM – 6PM on Monday to Friday, not inclusive of Public Holidays.
  6. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation Slip via email and we will process to pack your order. You will be given a tracking code in the Delivery Note email when the parcel is ready to be shipped. You may go to Track Your Order to track your order or login to our Shipping Partner website.
  7. Orders may be delivered from multiple locations, therefore it may arrive separately. However, there will not be additional delivery charges if we deliver from multiple locations.
  8. If the customer is not available to accept the delivery, a representative may accept on behalf of the customer. Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of orders.
